By using this site
By using latinacon.com or purchasing tickets, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What LatinaCon is
LatinaCon is an annual conference organized by La Noticia. This website lets you learn about the event, purchase tickets, manage your account, and connect with the LatinaCon community.
Tickets
- Tickets are sold through this website. When you buy a ticket, you'll receive a confirmation email and a QR code for check-in.
- You can transfer your ticket to someone else through your account dashboard, as long as it's done before the event.
- Ticket purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled, you'll receive a full refund.
- Ticket prices may change over time (for example, early bird pricing). The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
Your account
You can create an account using your email (magic link), Google, or LinkedIn. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. If you notice anything suspicious, let us know right away at info@latinacon.com.
Code of conduct
LatinaCon is a welcoming event for everyone. We expect all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff to:
- Be respectful and professional in all interactions.
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind.
- Follow instructions from event organizers and venue staff.
- Not misuse the website (for example, creating fake accounts or attempting to access other people's data).
Content and intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to La Noticia Media or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Event changes
We do our best to keep event details accurate, but things can change. We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, or other details. We'll communicate any major changes through email and the website.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to provide a great experience, but we can't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. La Noticia Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at the event.
Third-party services
This site uses third-party services (like Stripe for payments, Google and LinkedIn for sign-in). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll post a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
