This essence is captured in Emerging, her debut album, where music becomes the universal language of community.

Beginning his journey in children's singing competitions, Milton has evolved into a prominent figure in Latin music within the United States. He masterfully commands a diverse range of genres, including salsa, bachata, merengue, cumbia, vallenato, and música de despecho. After honing his talent in renowned ensembles such as Orquesta Fuzion Latina, El Nuevo Tumbao, Furia Tropical, and Grupo Cuenta Nueva, Milton transitioned into a successful solo career. His charisma has graced the region’s most iconic stages and large-scale events, such as the Hola Festival, the Latin American Festival (WOW), and the Puerto Rican Festival of the Carolinas. His musical reach extends beyond North Carolina, captivating audiences in Florida and Puerto Rico as well.

Founder of Clear Voice Translations and Director of the Arts and Culture Committee at ENLACE, Nathalia has dedicated her career to preserving Latin American cultural heritage. Her work in Mecklenburg County focuses on systems coordination and language access, ensuring that public policies are inclusive and that every voice is heard. For Nathalia, art is not just aesthetics — it is a tool for advocacy and social storytelling. If there is a cause to champion, she is on the front lines; and if there is music — whether salsa, bachata, or merengue — she is already leading the movement, transforming any space into a celebration of identity.

As Art Director of La Noticia, Malena Benton brings over 25 years of experience in the visual arts. At the same time, she is passionate about dance as a form of expression, cultural connection, and emotional well-being. She has participated in numerous festivals, events, and galas, performing styles such as tango, salsa, and bellydance. She also shares her knowledge and love of dance by teaching classes, where she inspires others to discover the power of movement and inner connection.
